My private sessions are designed to meet your individual needs—whether you're looking to refine your alignment, build strength, recover from an injury, or incorporate meditation and breathwork into your daily life.

I offer sessions in Hatha, Ashtanga, Bikram/26 & 2, Vinyasa, meditation, and breathwork (pranayama), with a holistic focus on breath awareness, body alignment, and mind-body connection.
